How to use it:

1. Put on your usual bra.

2. Lift the centre of the band and insert the liner’s bridge between the breasts.

3. Tuck each side under the curve of each breast.

4. The bra band should rest comfortably on top of it.
   If using a low‑cut bra, simply tuck the bridge down to keep it concealed.
